So, John Kimmet send out a FREE OFFER. Linkedin has him no longer employed at Verizon. Free HBO until 06/30/2015.
Customer service has no idea about this offer.
A supervisor is unavailable to chat. Why even send this offer?? If they have my name and account info, should there be some kind of communication about offers? A BILLION Dollar Company in the field of Communication cannot communicate??!
Have you received this offer??
Is John Kimmet still employed at Verizon??
Why am I wasting time calling Customer Care if they are not told anything??

I received the same offer on 5/28/15 good until 8/31/15.  No offer exists on my account either.  I say REALLY?  My contract ends in July.  Great opportunity to shop providers.

I received the same offer and it was cut off today. Customer Service knew nothing about it. Here is the email, which CS said I had to fax to them because they don't have email. **bleep**?
