Trying to activate HBO Go on my Roku, i put in my verizon.net email and password and it tells me i need to subscribe to HBO--- but I am and have been for years. I tried requesting a tempory id code (for the last 2 days) and it tells me to come back later. I'm in some kind of feedback loop it feels like! I'm very frustrated, any guidence would be appreicated.
