HD sports alternate channels

With Comcast/Dish when a local sports team had an HD feed they would stick it on an "alternate" channel so that locals could get the HD feed even when not part of their current channel lineup.  Eventually Dish also added a specific channel for FNSNW HD game feeds.  Does FIOS do anything similar?  I'm just wondering because here in the Portland, OR area we have the beginning of UofO football with their first game broadcast on Fox Sports NW HD.  It is available to Dish and Comcast subscribers in HD but because we only get FSN NW in SD with FIOS it looks like we would be left out.

Just be thankful you are getting FSN NW!  See my post about not getting it at all.  I missed the Dawgs (GO HUSKIES!) opening game of the season, I've missed 5 Mariner games, I'm hoping I have it by the weekend.
