Good morning,
I tried calling customer service but I got an automated response saying the number is not in service, which doesn't make me feel good as I'm a new customer. We recently signed up for Fios and I don't have the G4 (soon to be Esquire channel). Do you know how I can add this to our lineup? I don't want to upgrade our plan, especially to access only one channel.

Unfortunately, you can not get G4 as a standalone channel. You will have to subscribe to a package that conatians it. You can find which packages in your area carry G4 at the following link.

Use the search box on the left to search for: G4
Make sure the location on the right is yours.
