The Voice Episode 412 dated 4/30/13 is available here. I have no idea why you don't have it, and of course I have no clue where you are located since you have not updated your profile with that information or included it in your post; including that information might help identify what specific area(s) where it isn't available so maybe Verizon could fix the problem.
