How to watch a movie that I ordered on television?

I ordered "I Can Do Bad All By Myself"; Tyler Perry as a free movie on Friday, July 13, 2012 and I am having trouble setting it up to watch on TV.

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the movie. Where did you order this movie from? If you are trying to watch a Video On Demand movie, all you have to do is press the On Demand button on the remote. Then navigate to whatever movie you want to watch and press Ok.
