IO Channles on FIOS?

I am a bit confused here. Still learning all the FIOS Channels and their locations. Along w/the SD HD & SP Lists. But what gives w/a couple of the sports channels. MSG, MSG+, MSG2+ to name a few. They have the IO logo that come sup on the screen. I thought IO was strictly a CableVision thing?

IO is owned by Cablevision and they also own Madison Square Garden and its channels MSG, MSG2, MSG+ and MSG+2 so Cablevision has the right to plug its own channels. Even IO commercials show up on YES and SNY.

Ok that makes some sense. But Does CV also own Ch4 NBC (NYC)? I have seen the IO logo on the bottom of NBC Newscasts as well.

Not that it is a big deal. Just wondering.
