Lost Golf Network?

Last week I turned on my TV and I receiced an "updating" message, and then noticed I've lost several channels I normally watch most notably Golf Channel.

I haven't changed my plan package, I've had the same package for nearly 7 years and my favorite I called to get this resolved and when my call was answered after 36 minutes on Hold I was hung up on...

Customer service seems to be a struggle for Verizon which is a shame since Fios is overall such a great product.

I hope someone can advise and fix my issues.
