I am a little upset at the moment.
I know this can be sent to other boards because part of this is contract renewal issues. Let's start with the fact that I was watching HBO on Saturday night... it was a free preview from the beginning of September to the end of November, at the minimum, and after renewing my contract, which I had to upgrade my service because trying to keep my current package was not an option, not to mention the first order I placed did not go through, I lost the HBO preview.
Outside of an upgrade to my internet speed, which I, quite frankly probably won't see because in order to experience quantum speed, you have to upgrade your modem and they charge 10 bucks extra a month for that... and 2000 MyReward points, which were being offered regardless of which way I went, there was no other benefits to renewing outside of the fact that my services would run me a bit more, and as someone on a limited income, it DOES make a difference. What also doesn't help is that I received a call, and it seemed a bit unprofessional. (The message was given so fast that I'm expected to be a secretary to write it all down? What does the person go to speed talking school?? Do they get paid extra for each voice mail they leave or call they make?)
Generally, I have very little issues with Verizon. I love my services, outside of the fact that you did get rid of The Weather Channel and put in a channel that I think totally blows chunks when it comes to weather. This renewal did not go as smooth as I had hoped. The last one did, though, and when I moved, the transition was a bit rocky, but not too bad. (Thankfully I was able to move mid-month, but that's not always the case, and that's something that should be addressed. Rentals usually start on the first of the month, not the 12th.)
But the fact that you offered me HBO for at least 3 months, and then took it back??? I feel like you guys are indian givers. That isn't right.

ugh! i don't know how they could possibly fix their terrible service, but here comes Frontier for us in CA to the rescue....HA...........................i hope you get ur troubles fixed.............................i just wanted to say i love rush too!!!!!!!!!(we are only human, its not ours to understand!)bu2b, rush

I have not received a reply on the HBO issue, and I have other issues with my renewal.
