I have been speaking to verizon at least twice a week. They insist it is coming but is not in their database yet? I for some reason have Center Ice up and working for free right now. I know that a few years back Comcast had Center Ice and Extra Innings on the same channel block so perhaps that is what is going on now. I need my Yankee games. I can't afford to move back to New York but I can always switch to Direct TV if I have to. I will be bugging them again tomorrow.

Thanks PGoetke !!!!!! I just checked My TV and I have Center Ice Free ! also. So I guess when the time is right! it will just fall into place !....Thank God!!! Can't wait! Gooooo Yankees !!!!!!!!!!

I just canceled directv to get this in here. If there is no extra innings Im going to die. 

Must have Yankees in HD!!!

Agreed.  I also just switched from DirecTV and if MLB extra innings in HD is a no go, I will swiftly go back to DirecTV, cancellation fee or no.

Emomina-

MLB EI will be live by the start of the season, but you do know that Extra Innings will only include the Game HD channel, so you will only get 1 or 2 games a day in HD. It will not be like DirecTV where you could HD feeds of almost every game as part of the SuperFan package.

Just want to make sure you understand that.

Seeing as this is a brand new offering, I might be able to live with that.

Hopefully they will increase their HD offerings as time goes on.

But for right now. Let's get some baseball going!!!

You would think that Verizon could put some the fibre bandwidth to good use, by showing all the HD games available on Center Ice, Extra Innings, League Pass, etc.. I would pay extra for it. 🙂 

Hear that Verizon, you get NHL Center Ice next season with a "SuperFan" type of package, I will sign up for BOTH!!! 🙂

Thanks for the info!!!  Just bring on the Yankee's games!!!! Everything else,I can wait for. I love everything about Verizon, and I wouldn't want to leave. So keep up the good work!!!    "Go Yankees Go"  Who said I'm a diehart fan......LOL!!!!
