MLB Extra Innings

What the heck is going on with MLB Extra Innings?  There are no 7:05 or 7:15 baseball games being offered.  That means five games are not being televised thru MLB Extra Innings.  A package that cost more money than it is obviously worth. Those games are being blacked out because they are supposedly being offered on a FOX channel.  The FOX channel in this area is showing the Red Sox game.  Why isn't NESN carrying that game?

The FOX Television Network has an exclusive national broadcast window for all MLB games on Saturdays during their broadcast window. No telecast can be made available for out-of-market distribution during this time and will not be part of MLB EXTRA INNINGS. The only games available during this time will be on FOX.

  • On Saturdays where the first FOX game is scheduled to start at 1:10pm ET, no games that start prior to 4:05pm ET will be available in the package
  • On Saturdays where the first FOX game is scheduled to start at 4:10pm ET, no games that start between 1:10pm ET and 7:05pm ET will be available in the package
  • On Saturdays where the first FOX game is scheduled to start at 7:10pm ET, no games that start between 4:10pm ET and 10:05pm ET will be available in the package
