where's maryland? we were told 28 channels by the end of july and 30 more after that but somewhere they missed july's deadline

If you go to

FIOS Channel Listings 

and look at the bottom right, it lists the upcoming HD proposed expansion dates (that have been released) - keeping in mind all dates are subject to change and some areas are still not officially listed.

Depends on where you are. They are in the process of upgrading everyone. NY & northern NJ have 102, some areas only have 30, but by the end of the year all areas will have the same amount, over 100.

It looks like metro DC gets it September 22nd, Baltimore on October 1st, Howard/Anne Arundel on September 18th.

I don't suppose there's any chance it would happen early??

Highly unlikely it will happen early.  You can look at the bright side though, you certainly won't be the last to get the new HD channels.

I just received a message on my STB that the realignment would begin on Sept 17th and 18th. So I guess they will have it early or on time for the Sept 22 date.

I hope you do get the HDs early in DC, but here are the dates and lineups that were just updated today.

Southern Delaware  effective 9/2
Central Delaware  effective 9/4
Central New Jersey  effective 9/4

Southern New Jersey  effective 9/8
Mercer Co NJ  effective 9/10
Southeastern PA  effective 9/11
Northern Delaware  effective 9/15

Anne Arundel/Howard County MD  effective 9/18 

Washington Metro  effective 9/22

Baltimore  effective 10/1
Florida Gulf Coast  effective 10/2

North Texas  effective 10/8 

I believe that CA is the only area still without an official date.  The unofficial date is 10/9.
