I ordered HBO at 50%discount for 12 months when I signed up for FiOS a couple of weeks ago and it is still not working. I have the order number and everything. Why is it taking so long to get this programmed?

Sounds like something went wrong with you order. You need to contact them, probable will require actual phone conversations and if a billing issue will need to be made during weekdays during there normal hours.
