'Not Authorized' to Purchase PPV

When I attempt to order a PPV program, I get a message saying I'm not authorized to purchase. There is no parental control on. I'm not certain why I'm not authorized nor how to change it.

Only time I have heard of this is if there are sepending restrictions placed on the account. There is also a check mark to use a separate password for purchases. It is found under Parental Controls. Even if parental controls is not enabled this may be causing issues for you. But it should ask for a code if this is enabled. You can call fiber solutions and they should be able to tell you. If there are restrictions on your account, you may need to wait until normal business hours to contact them.
