Click contact us; write email; click send; told to enter subcategory; do so; sent to new website and email that took thirty minutes to write is gone. Nowhere on new place to send a message. Repeat; go **bleep** crazy.
Now I am really **bleep** mad. I was writing in mild frustration caused by your lousy service, but when I tried to hit the send button I was told to pick a subcategory, and when I did, guess what, my email disappeared and I had to start over again. **bleep** ridiculous.
We tried to rent a movie, but were told that there wasn't enough credit on the box. Our bill is paid in full, and our balance is zero dollars. Easy enough to clear up, except when we tried to call to clear it up, we couldn't get through. Forty-five minutes of being transfered and disconnected. Verizon has possibly the worst customer care of all of today's large corporations. In fact, it's customer service is quickly developing the negative reputation of AT&T's dropped calls.
Can anyone tell us how we would contact Verizon with a problem. They don't seem to answer the phone. It seems nearly impossible to send them an email. Should we just have Time Warner get in touch with them since that is who we will be doing business with quite soon.

Just did the whole "menu / customer support / in-home agent / set top box auto correction" work for me.

Sorry, I'm just frustrtrated with dealing with this.
I look forward to relaxing on a Friday night to watch something On-Demand for a service I'm paying over $130 a month for to spend over two hours just trying to contract Verizon for some type of answer.
And still NOTHING.
Give me a break

This has got to be the most ridiculous error I've ever seen....
I can't find the place to put the "credits into my STB".
Can anyone explain to me why my STB hasn't enough credits to play a FREE 4 min VOD from Palladia.
Yes, my account is up to date and my credit score is over 800. This is really sad people.
Now waiting on hold for a rep. I've reset my box two times.
Any info would be appreciated.

Still happening. Nothing but technical issues with your products (on hold for 45 minutes now). You should be embarrassed to run a business like this.

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I am not able to watch VOD as I am also getting the error message "not enough credits". I call the number as instructed by the error message and I am put in hold. Your VOD always has issues and you need to be able to resolve these issues more quickly. We all pay for this service and expect it to work. I think I will get rid of my Verizon all together and just use Net Flix.

It happened again last night. I thought this issue had been addressed. Has Verizon figured out what is causing this? My daughter was trying to watch something from the Cartoon Network On Demand, it is free. (except for not having enough coins)
