I AM TOO!  2013..ON THE PHONE WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT..THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG JUST I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CREDITS AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT!

  TIME TO SWITCH BACK TO COMCAST!!!!
