So I go tabsolutely NO help after contacting verizon live, she was like a robot kept telling me it wasn't verizons fault that the channel was pulled two days ago it was the provider. Honestly I don't care whose fault it is I paid so I could watch that channel and now its gone so I want to cancel my contract and I should have every right.  How would you like it if the sports channel disappeared? Seriously

You have every right to cancel.  Verizon is not stopping you.

 

Verizon on the other hand does have every right to charge you the early termination fee if it was active for your contract.

Is this about SoapNet by any chance? The channel NO LONGER EXISTS. The channel itself went out of business. It has nothing to do with FiOS, or Cablevision, Directv, Dish, Comcast, TWC - whomever. The channel ceases to exist and no amount of complaining is going to bring it back.

Yeah i read about soapnet was going out of business at least 6 months ago!, so NOBODY receives this channel anymore!
