Time wasted accepting the $199.00 / Regular Season $39.00 / Pennant Race Special (https://www.verizon.com/home/MLP/SPORTS.html?X1=MLB)

because Cart and Order Review form displayed Installment 1 of $64.50.  Customer service could not find this special despite me spelling out the webpage.  Chat help found it and said it wouldn't be available until two days from now.  Effective dates would have saved time and frustration.
