Any shows ordered from Showtime On Demand whether on my TV or IPad have pixelation, sudden sound drops, and sound delayed in comparison to the picture. What is the solution?

I hear you.  EVERYTIME we go to watch a VOD movie I have to go to in home agent and work through the problems. Anyone ever note or fix the problems? No.  Do I complain? EVERYTIME.  One of these days I will go to Cox or Dirtect TV, then they will fix these issues...
