Has anyone else had issues with on-demand movies (especially HD) having pixelation and hiccups in the sound? I'm not sure why this is occuring, Verizon has reset the router and also the box outside. Suggestions?
I am experiencing the same problems with my on-demand channels in the Albany NY region (e.g. premium movie & free tv channels).
I don't seem to have these difficulties with Verizon's HDTV channels.
