Allow us to cancel a movie purchase within 15 minutes of start and NOT get billed. 

A movie I purchased was nothing like the trailer preview. I was appauled and discusted with the content,

I turned it off and deleted it but now have had to spend time calling and calling to get it removed from my bill.

 

It's still not removed because a different reps keeping giving me wrong information. I'm wasting my time and the reps time. They could be helping someone else if this was more automated.  You could even make it so that i could cancel from here in my online account that would be faster then calling.

Hello Gemofjules,

I am sorry if you did not care much for the movie content that you selected.  Verizon does not control the content of a movie nor the trailer.  If a VOD movie is stopped with in 5 minutes you will not be billed how ever 15 minutes into a movie is considered a purchase even if you did not enjoy it which is automated.  This is why you had difficulty with your request.
