This is my response to the statement "This message is being resolved in a private support area". This appears to be a way of assuring everyone who reads this forum that this problem is being taken care of, well I will assure the readers of this forum that this a way of ignoring a problem and hoping that the customer who posted the original complaint will forget about it and move on. I do not plan to forget about this until it is resolved and Verizon keeps it's word as printed in the JUL/AUG 2012 issue of Verizon Spot Light..
