I have been having problems accessing my DVRs remotely for awhile now. After rebooting each DVR I am sometimes able to access and sometime have to power cycle the dlink router and the Motorola NIM.
This time I have access to one DVR but not the other. Other then reseting everything again is there something that Verizon can check?
Thanks
Brian

Brian you are using extremely old FIOS technology if you still have a Dlink and a NIM. I would like to send you an Actiontec (router and nim all in one box) which will very likely solve your problem. I have sent you a private message to get more info from you.

I have the same problem.
Can't access web or iPhone app DV or see caller ID issues.
Been cut off after 45+ ,inutes on hold TWICE. Unacceptable.
In Home agent is useless.
All in all FIOS is useless. My brother's Cablevision has this solved perfectly.
I should not have to spend half a day off to resolve a basic function.

I have a similar issue - my dvr doesn't show up on the web. Is there a support number to call?
