Set-top box not responding - web site or mobile application

I am no longer able to get dvr status or set the dvr from the iphone mobile app or the my verizon web site.  This just started recently.  I have tried recycling the router, restarting the DVR, etc...  Nothing seems to work. 

Any ideas?

Used online chat and the agent sent a "command" to the server and it started working.   Mark
