I want to watch the fights, and tonight.
I already have extreme HD... but:
1) When I try for online customer service it says: not available
2) When I try to call in, after entering my phone number, it doesn't give me anything here
3) When I call the store, nobody answers.
4) When I try to register an account online, it claims my phone number isn't valid.
Hi standard, I'm sorry you couldn't reach anyone to order the fight. In the future, if the fight is on Showtime or PPV, you can order right from your remote control. However, if that option isn't working for you, you can call our after hours video dept at 1-800-553-0228. That dept is open til 1am on the weekends and 11:30pm on the weekdays. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.
