The starz channel is off by an hour so every movie that is on there is not starting at the time that it is supposed to. Channel 340, channel 341, channel 840 which is starz in HD are all off where movies like "tron:legacy", "the emperor's club", and the michael jackson movie "this is it" are all wrong. It has been like this for at least two days so to set up a recording on these channels is pointless. I also want to mention that you have at least six channels with no logos for them. Comedy central on channels 190 & 1644 have no logos and neither do 1506, 1507, 477, and channel 480. The last thing that i want to say is that you just added some more spanish channels to the lineup but they are all from mexico. You already have about a dozen channels from mexico so there really is no point in adding more. Maybe if you could add some more variety like channels from peru or venezuela that would be more interesting to watch rather than the same news stories on different mexican channels. To claim to have a variety of spanish channels for a spanish speaking audience is a little deceiving since most of them are all from one country. My suggestion to you is that if you add a channel like canal sur peru or peru magico or tv venezuela while expanding your spanish package to actually include variety you could actually get a lot more customers. Google "fios sur peru" and you will see that a lot of people have googled that to see if you have canal sur peru first before they decide whether to have you as their provider.
Your guide may be holding onto old bad data. To force it to download a new copy of the program guide, please unplug the power cord for 30 seconds. Please send me a private message if you are still having troubles with it after that.
Thank you for that anthony but i think that the issue was simply something that was only happening this past weekend and now everything looks good on the starz channels. As for my other comments those six logos that i mentioned are still missing after i refreshed my box. Let me also mention to you that cnn en espanol channel 1540 is off not only in the morning but also at night too. 1540 cnn en espanol is broadcasting all of the major league baseball playoff games at the same exact time that tbs is broadcasting the games but according to the guide there are supposed to be news shows there. So whenever there is a baseball playoff game on tbs there is also one on cnn en espanol but the guide does not list it as having it. Canal sur 1549 has also been off for at least three weeks but it has not been corrected. They have had the updated schedule on their website for a while now but it is not on the guide for me to tape things accurately. Also telemundo channel 12 has a show called "caso cerrado" that is on from 4pm-5pm that has the wrong description on the guide. It claims that it is a cop show when it is in fact a judge deciding court cases show. The correct description is there in the search menu if you go there and put in "caso cerrado".
