Just read that DirecTV is also adding FSC-HD this week.  So that means if I want FSC-HD this week, I can choose from:

1) DirecTV

2) Comcast

3) Dish Network

...

but not Fios.  As much as I love my Fios, soccer talks in my family.  Turn on FSC-HD ASAP!

Maybe someone should created a new message and then maybe someone from Verizon will see the requests. Apparently they have no clue how many requests are being made for these various channels.

PFC (Brazilian Soccer)

Comcast, DirecTV and Dish Network offer this channel as part of their Brazilian plan.

Malball,

DIRECT TV will NOT be launching FSC in the time-frame they originally announced.  The delay is due to problems with the on-going negotiations with Fox.  C'mon people...didn't anyone hear about how some Fox channels were going to go dark on some systems a few weeks back...because Fox was greedy and wanted way too much money????  I'm fairly certain the same is probably true for FSC.  While I do not know any details about any negotiations between Verizon and Fox, I'd bet that Fox is playing hard-ball as usual.  If so, I certainly would not want the additional cost of a part-time HD channel passed on to me.

Would those requesting this channel be willing to pay extra for it?  Maybe THAT is the more pertinent question....having it be a Pay-channel.
