I've been trying to access the TNT full episodes from the verizon site (using my account login) and for some reason the TNT full episodes aren't allowing access. The little key stays orange. I have been able to login before.
We would need to look at the account to see if theres any errors or locks on it. I have sent you a private message to get your information.
