MundoFox a channel that received a lot of hype before it was launched where verizon boasted of how great an addition it would be for the spanish speaking community once it were to appear there for people to watch is currently appearing as a channel that is not available. When you go there a message pops up to change the channel, press b to troubleshoot where if none of these things work to call a number where you will have to provide an access code that is on the screen. I have done all of that and then was instructed to call verizon which i did where i got someone from technical support who had no idea of how to help where i had to inform him as to what steps he must take to try to address this issue which he did not. MundoFox is a channel that has no logo so for the few of us who do know where it is trying to watch or tape anything off of that channel is now pointless. Now it depends on where you live but MundoFox is channel 15 in some areas, channel 20 in other areas so it would behoove verizon to try to get this matter addressed since only the video team can correct it. Another way it can be fixed is if i were to call up the local affiliate WXPO - LD to try to get them to fix it where they will but i would prefer that the video team do it. If they are going to fix it then i would implore them to also add the logo for it because it was added almost a month ago and not many people know that it is there. Another channel i would recommend that they check out is channel 477 which has the logo of one channel, the feed of another and the schedule of a third channel so no one has any idea of which of those three channels it is supposed to be.

looking at the fios tv listing, it looks like you need to purchase the spanish channels first if you have not done so
