It's been over a month, maybe 2 that I haven't been able to purchase VODs. I can watch anything that is free, but get a VOD_276 error when I try to buy anything. My credit limit is 600.00, my balance is 0, so it's not that I'm over my purchase limit.
Tech support and Customer service have not been able to figure it out, but to me it sounds like a programming issue. They are actually sending someone to the house today, but I really doubt it will make any difference.
Does anyone have a clue?
