VOD credit limit not resetting when bill is paid.

I am not able to purchase VOD (again)
I can watch anything that is free, but get a VOD_276 error when I try to buy anything. My credit limit is 600.00, my balance is 0, so it's not that I'm over my purchase limit. The VOD Usage Verification Center says that
the VOD ordering system is not updating my credit limit properly. I pay my bill each month, but the VOD Ordering System does not get updated, so when the amount reaches 600.00 it stops allowing me to order VOD. I call and they raise my limit, but when
it gets up to the new limit, it stop allowing me to order VOD again. I called the Finance Center a couple years ago when this was
happening, and I guess they figured out how to "zero" out the Ordering System credit limit, but it appears that over the past couple
of years I am again bumping up against the VOD credit limit. This is not a home problem - I get the same credit limit message if
I try to order the VOD on-line. I have reset the box many times. Who can I contact to try and find a solution to this problem?

I have the exact same problem, except I haven't found anyone who can help me reset my credit limit. Every rep gives me a different answer. When I click the buy button, I fully intend to pay Verizon for the PPV and do not like receiving the same error message over and over. I will be calling and asking for a manager tomorrow.
