I had a message from VZ this morning stating that a VOD system revamp was going to be in the works for the next two days. From what I have read here and elsewhere, this is a result of a lawsuit alleging patent infringement, and VZ has had to rework it's VOD system as a result. I think they do this in regional stages, but it is possible that there may be some systemic problems as upgrades are done. I, too, have had some VOD issues over time, and have vowed to not use VOD until this is all settled.

My kids are complaining that VOD is working, but all the content is extremely dated. Like 2 months old, when they are used to getting new episodes the next day or at least the same week in which they air.
I did recently cancel my Starz package, but kept my DVR intact. Can someone check on this for me? Thx

Same problem. Error message, called number on screen, told about non-existent credit issue, acknowlegement, referred to tech support, referred back to customer service, round and round----nearly a year of this!!!!
