Since starting my service I have been able to watch shows from channels in the free section not in my package. This week when I try to watch these channels it informs me I am not subscribed to receive the channel. Was there a recent change to On Demand that caused this restriction?

Are you sure that a promotion didn't expire?

Verizon did fix the problem of blocking content in the free section by subscription. Free is not good wording on this section. VOD will be free based on subscriprion to the channel.
