What Happen to RFD HD?

Verizon announced the additiion of the RFD HD last year, but still no HD channel.  Any chance of it coming this year?

NASHVILLE, TN - 6/24/2008 – RFD-TV LLC announced today a multi-year affiliation and distribution agreement with Verizon that set forth the terms and conditions for carriage of RFD-TV and RFD HD on Verizon’s FiOS TV service nationwide.
