What happened to Golf Channel HD?

Golf Channel HD was bundled with Versus, but Versus now appears alone.  Does anyone know what happened to Golf Channel HD?

The company that owns them, split them so that each one can have their own full time HD channel. Verizon will carry Golf HD on channel 593, but I don't know when they will start it.

I wouldn't look for Golf HD until the new year. Right now, there are no immediate plans to add this.

Let me know if its still not working.. It seems as if there is/was a Golf Channel HD outtage and seems to have been resolved please let me know if its still not working.

I received an email regarding Golf channel HD National Channel outtage 2 days ago but was resolved. If anything it should show Coming soon.

I'm gonna see if I can find out the ETA on that channel add

Where is the Golf HD channel?  It was promised months ago and the Mercedes is on Thursday.

Now that the PGA is actually starting up this week with actual HD coverage we are going to miss out.  When are we going to get channel and the coverage back?  It seems ridculous that we had this coverage 3 months ago and now it is gone.  I am unaware of any other providers that at the time of the split only added one channel back ( I coud be wrong).  Get the Golf channel back on!
