You can start by stating what your local TV are...I have idea what channel 18 other than it's not in the NYC locals. If you have an antennna? If so see if the OTA changed since that is what Verizon will carry. If that's the case compain to your local channel 18..nothing Verizon can do if a local channel changes programing.
