I've being puting on hold for 50 min. to talk with someone on cusomer service .I just got my service installed yesterday and do not have the chanels listed in my package
Unfortunately it’s either the 1-800-VERIZON call, or use the chat service from the website or another gentleman here recommends using the social media twitter to contact Verizon.
