Last week, in order to start saving money, I downgraded services from the Ultimate tv package to the Preferred. I knew that I would lose the movie channels and some others, but was OK with this. A week later, I am still getting some of the channels I was supposed to be losing, while others are indeed gone. I've looked online and have found conflicting information as to what each package includes. Some channel lineups I find indicate that I am supposed to be getting less channels, but some lineups seem to indicate that more channels are in fact included. I don't see anything on my account that indicates any extra chrages for the channels that I thought I was losing, so I don't know what to think. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks.
