so hdnet changed their name and since then the new channel is no longer one of my subscribed channels how come that is? I am on the prime package and I use to have hdnet but now I don"t under their new name?

HD Net has never been available in the Prime HD Package. Sorry to hear your free preview of that channel is over now.
