"FREE" movie offer? Help plse

I get a pop up window when I turn on TV that says I have a free movie, clk OK to go to...

When I go to this option I get to movies that when I click on I go to a movie with only the option to buy.

 How do I get the free movie?

Or is this just another ploy to get me to buy a movie?
