TO WHOMEVER AT VERIZON CAN LOOK INTO THIS:
It appears 1620 and 1685 are not properly mapped for CableCARD users. These two specific channels come through on my HD Tivo's with ONLY audio and NO video, whereas on the Verizon set top box they come through just fine.

is this happening on both Tivo's? also let me know if this is happening on channel 711. I haven't found an outtage for those channels but channels 1662 ,1680, 1682 are all out due to weather.

I checked your cable cards and I can only make contact with 3 of your 4 cable cards one in the living room my suggestion is to turn the power off on your Tivo and remove them and plug them back in to reboot the cards.
