OK.....thanks for the update. Just one question, if there is an outage, why do both channels work fine on the Verizon STB? I'm just curious, because something doesn't make sense here.

it was some hardware that was issue around the problem it could have been the signal that was sent to the other boxes was fine however I was advised 7XXX were also affected.

Now channel 1549 (Canal SUR) has the same problem....audio but no video...
