I've been on the phone now for 30 minutes with a Fios rep, very long and annoying. I'm 19 days into using Fios and I'm extremely unsatisfied. This is the 2nd call into Verizon since we switched from Xfinity to Fios on 7/21.  Poor picture quality, boxes lock up, the app sucks, when streaming live tv on the app that even locks up. 

I don't have time to sit and wait for someone to try this, try that etc... I was happy with Xfinity's service just not happy with the cost. Maybe their service justifies the cost.Smiley Mad
