2 channels that say i am not subscribed to.

I switched over to the extreme hd on oct.13,. Since monday channel 576-sun sports and channel 577-fox sports net still says "not subscribed".For 4 days FSC has not been able to correct this problem-can anyone tell me the solution?

Your not alone, I too upgraded and lost channels 76,77,576,577 and 625. have been trying to get corrected for 3 days now with no end in site. Tech says it's a billing problem and billing says it's a tech problem. A move back to Dish is looking like a real possibility.

I am subsctribed to the sports package and cannot view ESPN News HD??

ESPNEWS is not part of the sports package, it's part of Extreme HD package, call Verizon to switch it.
