3rd party app will not sign in correctly on firestick - the Weather Channel

It tells me:

Additional subscription required.

To watch The Weather channel, you must subscribe to a FiOS TV package that includes TWC, such as Extreme HD.

 

I'm already subscribed to Extreme HD and in fact have the weather channel working on two other firesticks in my home (that were set up previously).   So there is clearly a technical issue with signing in to 3rd party aps.  How can I fix this?

Not sure if you want to try this, but maybe there is a limit to the number of times you can use a signle sign on for an app.

You could try to log out of one and in the other? Risk that you can't go back to the one logged in now.
