9/14 upgraded to Extreme HD - still no new channels

I was wondering why I haven't received the additional channels that are supposed to come with the Extreme HD Triple Play bundle. I ordered the upgrade on 9/13 and received the confirmation email of the completed upgrade on 9/14, but still no additional channels.
Any suggestions?
