ALL Purchased Movies Not Showing Up In My Library on the Set top Box

Can someone help with why all our purchased movies are not available on the set top box.  I assume it's from lack of space but how do I fix this?  Thank you!!

I can't offer any specific suggestion, but purchased movies are not downloaded to the STB.  They are streamed to the STB from the cloud.  If I'm incorrect, I'm sure someone will correct me or offer better advice.

Ours dissapeared and we got into an endless loop of people that could not help on the phone . The chat blows it off as well. 

 

It is not lack of space inour case we only had two. I think they have an issue.
