greetings fios people. i have a major issue. client has verizon fios with a DVR HD box. i think it was the 7100 or 7200. anyways it was hooked up to a receiver HDMI. audio started to cut out. someone told me verizon had HDMI issues so i swapped out to componant and used optical for audio. audio was still cutting out. changed to coax digital and went to a QIP6416 box. still the same issue. i then asked the client to try a non HD channel. he came back and said the audio is now fine. can anyone help me with this issue? its very annoying and verizon isnt much help.
