For the past 6 months, we have been dealing with freezing channels and practicing a tv service that does not work over 80% of the time. This feels like we are getting ripped off. What thievery it is to timely pay a bill, every month, only to receive the worst service consistently, or to sit on the phone with overseas personnel for HOURS and no fix. Absolutely tragic ripoff and thievery.
