After losing my Triple Play Bundle (phone, internet, TV) for nearly three days, my anger knows no limits. I went through the usual phone roulette, and they determined from remotely pinging the ONT that it was the culprit. BUT, try and get a truck roll on the weekend - no way.  Had I been elderly or infirm with medical needs, being without a phone could be life critical. The polite technician fixed the problem early this AM, and I watched very closely what he did - I can now do the repair myself should it ever come to that. But, the important thing is this ongoing lack of responsive service as evidenced by so many horror stories on this forum. This has got to stop. I'm going to the top and need the address of the CEO for Verizon. If need be, I will travel to his destination and help him to read this forum - I rather doubt he has ever done so. Anybody got the address? My anger boils.

Please disregard the message thread as it is no longer relevant. I have been in contact with the CEO office and have passed along my concerns and recommendations. I am satisfied with the response, and my anger is now subsided. Thank you.
